Birthday cake for a women's 50th. Husband asked for a blue cake with flowers( 2 of her favorite things) and gave me the liberty to do anything else I wanted to do. Chocolate cake inside with chocolate mousse. Still don't quite have a recipe for a mousse filling that is firm enough. Anyone out there who has one? Chocolate fondant on the purse and some royal icing flowers. Practiced overpiping techniques on this cake. Thanks for looking.
