Just a regular sponge cake! All the decorations are fondant, apart from the chocolate ganache path (with some brown sugar sprinkled on it) and the spokes on the bicycle. I took inspiration for this cake from a few different photos on here, so thank you to all who have tried this sort of cake before - the carving was particularly difficult - something I shall have to practise....
