I recieved a long distance phone call on Wednesday, "We're eloping to the Outer Banks. We're getting married on Sunday! Can you make us a wedding cake for two?" How could I resist being a part of that? This is a very small cake. Bottom tier is a single 7 inch layer. Top tier is a single 5 inch tier. Both are Red Velvet cake with hand made Gerbera Daisies.
