This cake was a lot of fun! I made the little "villians" and Mario a few days ahead of time, then the rest of the cake I made the day of. Next time I'll leave myself more room to do finer details - clouds, hi-lighting, etc. All in all it came out pretty good. That little mushroom on top gave me the most trouble, believe it or not! Please, please, PLEASE ignore the mess in the background! I had to push my materials out of the way to get a quick pic of the cake before my neighbor took it away. :)
