Had some extra red velvet and cream cheese left over from a cake, so i decided to play w/cake pops (this was 1st attempt at them). They were lots of fun to do and not to mention, really yummy, the stay SO moist inside the candy melt. I'd like to get better at decorating these, so I guess I'll have keep making them! What a shame! LOL!
