I used 2 layers of 8" round cakes and left the bloom on the top layer. Its iced with ivory butter cream and and sprayed with pearl and lightly sprayed with pink shimmer. All the flowers are made with gumpaste along with the handle and spout. Sorry I didn't get a very good picture of the cake, I made it to be auctioned at a ladies tea fellowship to raise money for the Cookie Project for Honduras Missions. I didn't have time to get a good picture before I left home with it.
