I jumped on the bandwagon and made spaghetti cupcakes for the staff at SUBWAY. Figured they may want to look at something other than subs all day. Chocolate cupcakes with cream cheese "noodles" and chocolate cake balls for the meatballs, topped off with strawberry jam.
