This three tier chartreuse and turquoise cake was made for a young lady who was having a "green" themed reception for her special day. The cake is white sour cream flavored with almond and almond butter cream. The covering is MMF tinted chartreuse and sage. The twigs and butterflies were made of gumpaste and airbrushed. The topiary is a ball cake covered with soft MMF roses which were made entirely by hand. Hope you enjoy!
