I took a small rectangle basket and I ancored the square styrofoam blocks into it.I then but some floral rocks in the bottom for extra weight.I decorated the flowers in assorted ways.The ones on the very top are decorated with mini marshmallows cut at an angle and dipped in colored sugar.I toothpicks to anchor the cupcakes in place.I then took green tissue paper and cut it into small squares and took a lollipop stick and stuffed the paper into the crevices.
