Petit Fours

Petit Fours on Cake Central

Made using the Kathy Scott kit. Sorry I can't get a closer picture for detail. I am forever indebted to "mac" for all her help with these. French Vanilla cake covered with light cocoa chocolate melts. Decorations are fondant, edible pears and chocolate.

those are beautiful! I would love to try it but they look so intimidating. Mind sharing how you did it?

I bought Kathy Scott's kit #1 and had help from "mac" (here). And actually, they're not that hard; just more steps than "regular" petit fours. Thanks for looking.

How did you do the beautiful little toppers? They look so intricate!! Wow! Are they from molds or did you make them? Wow!

on

Thank You!!! The toppers are little silicone molds that I put fondant in, froze for a few minutes, and popped them out.

May I ask where you got these molds? I looked up Kathy Scott but didn't see anything like what you're using here. I love how they look like old jewelry pieces. Precious!
