My client wanted a Justin Bieber themed cake in purple, black and silver. I was given creative freedom and she loved the sketch I came up with - so here's the end result! Cake is all chocolate, CBC filling and chocolate ganache under fondant. Gumpaste microphone, photo frame, stars and notes on wires, bow and number 7. All other elements are fondant. Skirt on cake board is black tulle.
