Ucla Cake

This cake is for my diabetic father in law. A sugar free chocolate cake with the diabetic icing recipe from this site. The design was inspired by a steelers cake I saw on this site. UCLA is his favorite team. This is my first frozen transfer. I actually didi the transfer and all the decorating with the diabetic icing.

Hey!! That was my steelers cake!! You did a great job...when i saw the pic i thought my eyes were going crazy and the colours changed on me!! I hope he liked it!!
