Well, if I remember right, it was a half sheet & an 8", cut the half sheet & shaped it on the front, stacked it, then just used the curved edges from the 8" for the front & back sides, and just small stacked rectangles for the back of the boat, it was tricky frosting it bc there were so many seams to cover up & smooth out......but once that was done, the rest was smooth "sailing"...no pun intended ;)
