One of my friends sister wanted a cake, and it should be a caesarean. I told her that it would be a nice one and not with blood or umbilical cord. She liked the cake very much even though it was different from what she had pictured in her mind I wantede to put on a pretty dress and some flowers but you dont wear a dress in the operating room.
