Bottom layer is yellow cake with chocolate ganache covered in fondant. The piping is my first attempt at using royal icing....I need to practice, practice, practice....and the red gem is gelatin. The red layer is RKT covered in melted chocolate then fondant and more royal piping and is supposed to be a sari. The bracelet at the top is gumpaste and was made from a mold I made using an old vintage metal cuff. The globe at the top is gelatin with a royal icing point...it also has a small light in it.... I took a pic of the cake with the lights down so you could see how it lights up...This one was a lot of fun and is a design I will use again...thanks for looking.
