Birthday cake: Voyage of the Dawn Treader from the Chronicals of Narnia. The ship is molded out of cereal treats covered with chocolate fondant and detailed with modeling chocolate. The ship is set on plastic dowels on a chocolate sheet cake (made from cake mix) frosted with buttercream frosting colored blue for ocean water with white buttercream accents. The beach is tan buttercream frosting covered with brown sugar. The characters, Prince Caspian, Edward, Lucy, Eustace (as a dragon) and the mouse are made out of modeling chocolate or fondant.
