The cake is standing up and from feet to head it is a little over 2 feet tall.

The support is a 12x12 piece of wood under the feet. (cant see it in the pic) there are two thick dowels scrwed into that and the covered with rice crispies and fondant and then there is a 7x7 board screwed to the top of the board.
