No reason why the ocean has flowers in it, was just practicing fondant flowers that I have perfected. The humpback was drawn on the icing and then filled with colored icing and I drew borders around it. The Beluga is made out of fondant and the shape didn't come out great. First attempt at this kind of cake. The viva icing method worked perfectly for the ocean base!
