These are white cupcakes with buttercream frosting. The nurse's cap and heart are made from fondant/gum paste mix. The writing on the hearts is Royal Icing. Did you know that if f/g hearts are accidentally left in the oven and the oven gets lit, the hearts will puff up and STAY that way?!! :)
