I had alot of problems with this cake. I don't know why, it was just one of those days I guess. I trimmed the cake but it still bulged. It leaned and I had to mkae so many "W"'s because they kept breaking when I would try to place it. I almost gave up but then I finally made it work! Red Velvet with Cream Cheese filling and fondant over buttercream. Ribbon roses and Cornelli Lace.
