to achieve the lumpy look i mixed fresh strawberries & cream & iced the outside of the cake as well, the cakes are 2 6x3 & 1 6 x 2, i left the bellyies the two of the cakes & used that for the bottom & top, the top tier is carved a little thinner for the affect. the gold bars are mix of cake & butter cream icing to form them & did that by using a loaf pan, the coins are fondant & i used a candy coin mold. the bars & coins are colored golden yellow & then sprayed edible metallic. it was blast to make!
