His arms and legs are the only thing that aren't cake. I actually used wrapping paper rolls covered in fondant for them. His body, head and hat are a total of nine 6" cakes with buttercream in between each layer. Then I carved him out of those stacked cakes. Iced him smooth with buttercream and applied the fondant and the details. The most time ...
