Poinsettia Cake

Chocolate fudge cake with chocolate buttercream with dark chocolate Satin Ice fondant. Christmas ribbon border with gumpaste poinsettias. Made for one of my bosses' family celebrations. He wanted it as chocolate as I could get it!

I love it ! looks very professional..esp. the Fondant, very smooth , no bumps or cracks..very nice. This is what I call elegant..no "fake" ribbons that crooked..very nice.

Absolutely perfect! I think if this was placed in the Christmas cake contest, it would win! Can't see a flaw on it. Guess that's why they don't let me judge, huh!
