thank you for all the comments, jazz2u..the head is rkt started as a ball using the wilton sports ball pan...myalaika...yes it travelsed twenty minutes away on new england winter roads and held up fine...the body is the wondermold pan with a 8 inch round under neath it is all set over a 1 inch dowel rod that is screwed to the base board , i use a wilton plastic dowel over the 1 inch wooden dowel to protect the cake and stake the head on to the same wood dowel using melted chocolate it holds well
