what did you use to make the wall/sides of the cake?? it looks great!!

hi sorry it has taken me a while to reply - been so busy! the walls are made from modelling paste using floral and sugarpaste. then i cut it thick and just cut the walls out... the tower is made from flower paste wrapped around a rolling pin! thanks very much for your comments!
