Four Tier Buttercream Cake With Scrolls, Ribbons And Pearls
I am a home baker, and this is my first wedding cake. It is 6, 9, 12 and 15 rounds stacked using an SPS (so sturdy!). It is buttercream with BC scrolls, and the bow is 50/50 gumpaste/fondant. The ribbons and pearls were made with white chocolate fondant. All of the fondant pieces were brushed with Super Pearl.
