I made this cake for my nephew's 5th birthday, who loves the Chicago Cubs, trains, and Christmas. He insisted that I put a Santa, snowman, and (my lame attempt of) a reindeer on it. He absolutely loved it. I used 2 large Wilton's loaf pans, cut them to form three train cars and extra small car for his candle.
