Un-Valentines day cake for the husband and the boys...The top layer is lemon cake with lemon buttercream covered in fondant with fondant accents...The middle layer is lemon cake balls covered in white chocolate, the roses and skull are made out of modeling chocolate and they have fruit by the foot wrapped around them...The bottom layer is red velvet filled and piped with cream cheese buttercream, covered in fondant. The large red heart is made out of gelatin and has a blinking light behind it.....It was a lot of fun to design and make and is being destroyed right now...
