This cake was for a surprise sweet 16 birthday with a Mardi Gras theme. The bottom layer was chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, middle layer was white cake with vanilla buttercream and top layer was lemon cake with lemon buttercream. It was all covered in buttercream flavored fondant. The mask was NOT edible, but I did make it completely by hand. TFL!
