This client wanted to surprise his wife who is a huge NC State football fan with a themed cake for her birthday which fell on Super Bowl Sunday! The wolf and football on top of the cake are gumpaste, the footballs on the bottom tier are fondant backing with edible images on them. I didn't show a picture of the back of the cake but there are also edible images of season tickets. NC State logo is hand cut out of fondant.
