Lemon pound cake with lemon/almond filling and lemon buttercream (request of my hubby). Made for my hubby's birthday with help from my 21/2 year old son. Unfortunately Daddy's Iphone had a defective screen. WARNING: 2 1/2 year olds should not operate a cake turntable. It is way to much fun to see how fast the cake can spin. Thankfully I am quick and was able to catch it before it hit the floor - hence the defective screen :)
