These Owl Cookies N' Cream Cupcakes are slightly adapted from Hello, Cupcake! They're a fun treat that everyone will love whether old or young, during Halloween or any other time of year. I decided to make the cake cookie and cream flavored to match the Oreo decoration and both turned out great.

I just made these same cupcakes! Love that book. I used a grass tip to make feathers on mine.
