this cake was my first carved cake. Its a RKT covered in fondant. Birthday boy has severe allergies so we opted for RKT without butter covered in fondant. Used Orange extract in the fondant instead of vanilla and its really yummy. I wanted to cover the RKT with buttercream but hes allergic to dairy. I also made 4 dz cupcakes for all the other guests to eat.
