A friend asked me to make a cake for her Condo Assoc. So I made the out door pool area. The cake is Lemon with Lemon Curd filling and Lemoncello Frosting. I tried to include as much of the area as I could. Trees are pretzels covered in fondant. . The pool has the name of the Condo printed inside the pool and I placed that as well. Everything was edible.
