Blue and Yellow Three Tier Square Cake

White and Chocolate cakes with butter cream frosting, covered in fondant. It was very muggy when I made this cake last spring. The fondant would not cooperate to say the least. One of the hardest times I've had with the stuff, but I guess that goes with the territory. Anyway, the roses are all hand made. My first attempt at that. I was happy with that process.
