This is my first carved cake and my first purse cake. I followed Sharon Zambito's DVD (Sweet Luxuries) and I think it turned out really nice! The bottle is solid green chocolate covered with edible pearl spray. Pound cake, buttercream filling, ganache frosting and fondant. The flowers are RI and gumpaste made in my Wilton classes.

Since I just made it for practice, now I have to figure out what to do with it!
