Superbowl XLV cake. Cake, field goal posts, cake, emblem in middle of field and footballs around bottom are all fondant. Grass on bottom is buttercream. Helmets are plastic, I didn't have enough time to make fondant helmets. Had fun with this cake though. Too bad the Steelers lost :(
