Penguins
So it is not a cake but a Wilton idea in their yearbook. All made from Cream Cheese, Ricotta and Pesto for the igloo and the penguins are olives, carrots and filled with cream cheese. It was a hit for Christmas, but no one wanted to eat it, they felt bad, especially the penguins. This was hard and I wouldnt do it again, I will stick to cakes :)
