Butterfly cupcakes are chocolate mousse filled, dipped in cream cheese frosting then topped with buttercream icing. Butterflies on top are a fondant/gumpast mix and are covered in white petal dust. TFL!

Sure, It is the PME Butterfly veined plunger cutter (set of 3)... I used the medium and small out of the set..
