First Chocolate Experiment

First Chocolate Experiment on Cake Central

This is my first attempt at working with chocolate. I chose the daisies featured in the WBH cookbook. A few of the stems broke as I lifted them off the paper, but it wasn't as bad as I expected and best of all, they look pretty good for a beginner. I will definitely have to keep practicing. I used chocolate wafers and candy colors to tint each small batch. I outlined the dark chocolate first, then filled them in with the other colors.

They look great. I make my stems a little thicker so they don't break so easy. Also putting them in the freezer for a few minutes helps. Great Job
