This was a Southern Living Carrot Cake, with cream cheese frosting. The "snow" is coconut and the tree is made from a tree cookie cutter and frosted with tinted frosting and the ornaments are "nerds" candy. Dusted with powdered sugar upon presentation for a fresh snow effect!. The presents are starbursts and tootsie rolls! Cupcakes (snowballs!) are also carrot/cream cheese/coconut.
