This was the first wedding cake I ever made! I was in mid-July, suuuuper hot and humid in Hawaii and the hall it was at had no AC!!! My cake was melting before my eyes! It did give the cake a beautiful shine, but I should have rolled my fondant A LOT thicker! Oh well, lesson for the next one! This was my cousins wedding gift.
