Using a gorgeous mold I bought from Earlene Moore at the ICES conference I created this cake based on her design. I Used the mold in i ts entirety and also cut the molded piece into its part for smaller lace pieces. I added pearls, and a ribbon border with bows. I painted the lace with pearl dust. The cake was the hit of the party and I was happy with how it came out.
