We were snowed in today after a big blizzard, so it was the perfect opportunity for me to make these Groundhog Day cupcakes from Family Fun magazine. I made them once years ago. The body of the groundhog is a mini Almond Joy candy bar. This time around I used fondant for the facial features instead of candy pieces.
