The bottom border is a cutter...from PME I think? I have that cutter, but I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Lovely cake!

No, the cutter is not from PME Spring flour. Ladies the cutter is a Jem Cutter. It is their bubble cutter. Loved using it but the process took some time. Thanks everyone for the kind words! :)
