I made this cake for the organizer of our "SuperMoms" moms group who is moving out of state. I wanted to make this cake all about her (she also bakes cakes). All decorations, including the figure on top, are made of fondant. The border is Royal Icing. The cake is WASC with chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse fillings.
