I love this cake. It was created for my friend?s baby shower. Bottom tier is 2 sour cream white cake layers and a butter and fudge marble cake sandwiched in the middle, layered with white chocolate strawberry ganache filling in between. (The everything-but-the-kitchen-sink layer) Tier 2 is my chocolate sour cream cake with my toffee crunch filling. Top tier is same as the bottom. All decorations are made out a fondant/gumpaste mix.
