This was the cake I made for my little monkey for her 3rd birthday. Saw this idea by many CCers and I knew I just had to do it. I never imagined I would be capable of doing it. My daughter LOVED it. Zebra tier is vanilla butter cake filled w/cookies and cream and iced in Extra special buttercream (recipe here on CC), giraffe is red velvet filled and iced in cream cheese, top tier is vanilla butter cake filled w/chocolate ganache and iced in cream chesse. All 3 tiers are covered in White chocolate fondant and accents and animals are fondant as well. Tree is RKT covered in fondant.
