I made this cake for my Best friends baby shower. Chocolate cake with BC frosting and fondant accents. I used half of the 3d ball pan for the baby bottom, twinkies for the legs and rice crispy treats for the feet, and covered all in fondant. The small ladybugs were out of fondant and the flowers were premade frosting flowers.
