My very first cake using fondant. I used Fondx brand fondant. It was not only my first fondant cake, but it was my first Great Grand-sons first birthday!! Used some Wilton fondant for the stars as I think it tastes terrible and i just want to get rid of it since it was the first type I purchased. I also have Satin Ice and i think it tastes great. Next time I think I will spray with my air gun as dark colored fondant still tends to have different after taste. I am proud of my first cake!! Tarina-rina
